The Roy Hill Rail project consisted of 344km of railway line connecting the Roy Hill mine in the Pilbara, WA, to the port loading facilities at Port Hedland.
Our scope included the on-site manufacture of 8,000 tonnes of Z600 galvanised steel culverts from 600mm to 2,700mm diameter. Three mobile pipe mills were deployed simultaneously for accelerated works completed within six months, without incident.
