Helical Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) Culverts
Manufactured using a continuous helical winding process, our culverts are available in a wide range of diameters, corrugation profiles, material grades, and protective coatings to suit diverse project requirements. The flexible manufacturing process allows for both standard and custom pipe diameters, delivering tailored solutions for applications of all sizes. The standard diameter range is 300mm to 3,650mm, whilst our mobile mills have the potential for >4,000mm, subject to design.
Designed in accordance with AS/NZS 2041.1-2011, our helical culverts offer outstanding structural strength, hydraulic performance, and long-term durability. Their lightweight construction enables faster installation, reduced transport costs, and simplified handling compared with many traditional drainage systems.
