Bolted Corrugated Metal Structures BCMS B200

We manufacture the B200 bolted, corrugated steel ‘multi-plate’ structures in our Townsville factory. The structures consist of curved, corrugated steel plates that are bolted together on-site. B200 refers to the corrugation profile – 200 mm × 55 mm.

The manufacturing process allows for a wide variety of geometric shapes, beyond the traditional circular culverts, which are suitable for road and railway underpasses, stockpile conveyor and personnel tunnels, as well as water crossings. This enables designers to select the most suitable shape and size to meet specific project requirements. B200 structures offer exceptional strength, flexibility, and efficient installation.
